Our trainers take much of their delivery background from their early experiences in facilitating motivational workshops, management and leadership programmes, coaching and mentoring frameworks. They all have a very pragmatic, dynamic and unique approach to the application of motivation and are highly experienced and passionate about their work.

They are highly skilled professionals, with considerable experience (and training) in the use of delivery techniques. So if you’re already an exceptional trainer with a similar background to our existing team then drop us an email along with your CV. It’s always very busy here and we hear from prospective trainers every day, so we can’t guarantee to get back to everyone by return. We occasionally have openings for freelance marketing staff to help meet our ongoing expansion needs. So if you are able to work from home part time on a freelance basis and have the skills required to sell training in a consultative way or would like to help us manage the training delivery side of things then get in touch as well.
