The NOCN award and certificate has been designed for the widest range of learners possible; where young people and adults, those who are pre-employment, in employment or between jobs can progress in developing personal skills, qualities and attitudes required by employers across vocational sectors. The course is also suitable for those individuals who intend to progress to further learning.
